Return Eligibility & Timeframe
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
The return window begins on the date your order is marked as delivered by the carrier, not the order date. Return requests submitted after this 30-day window will not be accepted.
Conditions for Returns

Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges on eligible items within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability.
To request an exchange:

The requested replacement item must be in stock at the time of approval
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchange items unless the exchange is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Once the original item is received and inspected, the replacement item will be processed and shipped.
If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can assist you promptly.
