Shipping Policy

Processing & Handling Time

All orders require processing and handling before shipment.

  • Processing & Handling Time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays)

Processing includes order verification, quality checks, and preparation for shipment. Handling time refers to the period between order processing completion and carrier pickup. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PT, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Transit Time

After your order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, delivery occurs within the following timeframe:

  • Transit Time: 7–10 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays)

Transit time does not include processing and handling time and is dependent on carrier performance.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, peak seasons, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can monitor delivery progress.

Shipping Delays

Mila Brant is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect address information provided at checkout, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Taxes and Duties:

Please note that placing an order with us does not cover any potential customs taxes or duties that your country may impose on incoming packages. It is your responsibility to handle these charges. If you need clarification on the rates, kindly get in touch with your country's customs office.

Important: Mila Brant cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by the customs clearance process in the destination country. The timing of releasing your package rests solely with the customs authorities, and we lack control in this matter.

Order Cancellation:

If you wish to cancel an order after payment, please contact us, and we will endeavor to assist you. However, we cannot guarantee cancellation due to orders being swiftly forwarded to the warehouse. If processing or shipping has already taken place, we are regrettably unable to cancel the order, requiring you to initiate a product return.
